Designed for croissants
This molder is designed to form croissants into shape. Triangular croissant dough sheets are fed into the KCC200 to have them formed.

[Features]
Manually-forming croissants is impossible when your production needs require mass production. Furthermore, the size and shape of rolls differs when being rolled by different personnel. With the KCC200, you can achieve more efficient output and consistent shapes.
- Simply insert your dough pieces onto the attached conveyor belt.
- The roller pitch and felt belt pitch can be adjusted to toggle the shape of the croissant.
- The compact size of the device won’t eat up space in your facility.
- In addition to croissants, this unit can be used to vent and form dough for small breads.
- We also carry a device used to cut dough into triangles for croissants.
See the KTR Cutter Table here.
