A dough sheet cutting machine
This machine is used to cut dough sheets used for croissants, pies, pastries, and other pastry.
A range of cuts can be achieved by installing different rotary cutter units.

[Features]
- Place a rolled-out sheet of dough onto the conveyor belt. Rotary cutters installed on the conveyor belt cut the dough into shape.
- Conveyor belt is 600mm wide. Dough can be cut up to about 500mm wide.
- Contains two points (take-ups) for installing rotary cutters.
[Rotary Cutter (optional)]
- Round blade cutter: vertical cuts
- Horizontal cutter: horizontal cuts
- Croissant cutter: cuts into croissant shape
- Ring cutter: performs round cuts
- Double ring cutter: creates concentric circles
- Pin roller: opens a hole in the dough for venting
*We can also produce a wide range of other cutter dies for you
*Also available in small formfactor (KTR2-500). Belt width is 500mm and effective cut width is 400mm.
*Croissant cutter is not triangular, but trapezoidal) The croissant cutter cuts these trapezoids on a diagonal. The round cutter cuts these trapezoids on the bottom and top.
