A compact twin-stage molder

Molders are used for the crucial processes of dough venting and forming (molding). The KY302 is multi-functional and compact; it can be installed anywhere.

• Twin-motor drive offers enhanced power. Roller motor: 0.2kW; conveyor belt motor: 0.2kW (forward/reverse toggle)
• One-touch toggle between roll and sheet functionality　Forward conveyor belt operation is used for rolls, while reverse is used for sheets
• A scraper is made by resin(MC nylon), so it makes dough scrapped out from rollers.
• This offers outstanding scraping performance. Simple spring-loaded structure allows for easy dismantling for cleanup.
• Features a large-format roller Vent even large pieces of dough
• Lightweight and small formfactor makes transport easy
• Twin-stage roller setup ensures for thorough venting as the dough is pushed through two rollers.
• The dough insertion cover has an open/close functionality for ease of maintenance. This ensures easy access to the roller for cleaning. The press plate can also be raised and lowered across a wider range than previous models, ensuring that you can get under the belt for cleaning.
