Dough sheet shape cutting machine

This machine is used to cut out shapes of dough for croissants, pies, cookies, and other pastry. Swapping in a different stamp die allows you to produce different shapes. Guillotine blades can also be attached to achieve guillotine cuts. A range of cuts can be achieved by installing different rotary cutter units.

  • Place a rolled-out sheet of dough onto the conveyor belt and use the stamp dies installed above the conveyor to cut dough into shapes.
  • The stamp dies can be swapped without any special tools.
  • Similarly, the guillotine unit can be swapped without any special tools.(optional)
  • Conveyor belt is 600mm wide. Dough can be cut up to about 500mm wide.
  • Rotary cutters (optional) can be attached to achieve a range of shapes.
  • Contains two points (take-ups) for installing rotary cutters.
[Stamp die examples]
  • Leaf cut: for creating leaf-shaped pies
  • Round cut: for round pies and cookies
  • Chrysanthemum cut: for creating pies and cookies in the shape of this flower
  • Double ring cut: for creating donuts

*We can provide you with a wide range of shapes like stars, animals, and more.

*In addition to the cut of the exterior, the interior can also be cut (e.g., leaf pie exterior cut and leaf vein interior cut)

  • Round blade cutter: vertical cuts
  • Horizontal cutter: horizontal cuts
  • Croissant cutter: cuts into croissant shape
  • Ring cutter: performs round cuts
  • Double ring cutter: creates concentric circles
  • Pin roller: opens a hole in the dough for venting
