Dough sheet shape cutting machine

This machine is used to stamp out shapes of dough for pies, cookies, and other pastry.
Swapping in a different stamp die allows you to produce different shapes. The compact size ensures that it will easily fit anywhere.

  • Place a rolled-out sheet of dough onto the conveyor belt and use the stamp dies installed above the conveyor to cut dough into shapes.
  • The stamp dies can be swapped without any special tools.
  • Conveyor belt is 400mm wide.
  • Dough can be cut up to about 350mm wide.
  • We can also produce this unit to special-order dimensions.
  • We can also produce a guillotine cutting unit (effective cut width: 380mm)
  • The unit can also be machined for rotary cutting purposes.

  • Leaf cut: for creating leaf-shaped pies
  • Round cut: for round pies and cookies
  • Chrysanthemum cut: for creating pies and cookies in the shape of this flower
  • Double ring cut: for creating donuts

*In addition to the cut of the exterior, the interior can also be cut (e.g., leaf pie exterior cut and leaf vein interior cut)
