Dough sheet shape cutting machine
This machine is used to stamp out shapes of dough for pies, cookies, and other pastry.
Swapping in a different stamp die allows you to produce different shapes. The compact size ensures that it will easily fit anywhere.

- Place a rolled-out sheet of dough onto the conveyor belt and use the stamp dies installed above the conveyor to cut dough into shapes.
- The stamp dies can be swapped without any special tools.
- Conveyor belt is 400mm wide.
- Dough can be cut up to about 350mm wide.
- We can also produce this unit to special-order dimensions.
- We can also produce a guillotine cutting unit (effective cut width: 380mm)
- The unit can also be machined for rotary cutting purposes.
