Roll breads forming device
Intended for use on a mass production line, this device works by feeding pieces of dough shaped like rods or bulbs onto the V-shaped conveyor belt and having them formed into roll breads.
One roll is formed in 1-2 seconds -- the blink of an eye!

- We continuously refine our products to ensure that they can form dough into distinct shapes, do so in a stable and consistent fashion, and without imperfection.
- We offer this unit with either a 2-lane, 3-lane, or 4-lane V-shaped conveyor belt.
- A conveyor belt can be attached to this unit to collect roll breads as they are discharged from the device.
- We also offer this unit in a formfactor designed to feed into a proofer on a continuous production line.
