A dough sheet cutting machine
This machine is used to cut dough sheets used for croissants, pies, pastries, and other pastry.
A range of cuts can be achieved by installing different rotary cutter units.

[Features]
- Place a rolled-out sheet of dough onto the conveyor belt. Guillotine blades installed on the conveyor belt make horizontal cuts.
- Conveyor belt is 600mm wide. Dough can be cut up to about 500mm wide.
- Guillotine blades move up and down via air cylinders.
- The timer counter can be configured to adjust the cutting pitch.
- Combine with a round blade cutter to cut into rectangular forms.
- Adjusting the pitch of the round blade cutter and the timer interval lets you create a wide range of rectangular forms (squares, rectangles, thin rectangles, etc.)
- Rotary cutters (optional) can be attached to achieve a range of shapes.
- Contains two points (take-ups) for installing rotary cutters.

- Round blade cutter: vertical cuts
- Horizontal cutter: horizontal cuts
- Croissant cutter: cuts into croissant shape
- Ring cutter: performs round cuts
- Double ring cut: creates concentric circles
- Pin roller: opens a hole in the dough for venting

*Croissant cutter is not triangular, but trapezoidal) The croissant cutter cuts these trapezoids on a diagonal. The round cutter cuts these trapezoids on the bottom and top.
